Court proceedings
The role of court-appointed expert requires three conditions: accredited technical knowledge, registration on the official Ministry of Justice list, and the ability to defend the report orally before the judge and lawyers of both parties.
Ratification and cross-examination
Oral ratification is an integral part of the service. The strength of this defence is decisive for the weight the judge gives to the report. Ratification fees included at no extra cost.
