Objective comparison of works

The report compares the executed works against what was contracted: project, specification of materials, detailed budget and applicable regulations. Each deviation is documented photographically and quantified economically.

Responsibilities under the LOE

The Building Regulation Act (LOE art. 17) establishes liability periods of 1, 3 and 10 years depending on severity: finishes, habitability or structural safety. The report classifies each defect by its legal category.

Before commissioning a report

01 What is the deadline to file a claim? +
It depends on the type of defect: 1 year for finishes, 3 for habitability and 10 for structure (LOE art. 17). The limitation period is 2 years from manifestation.
02 Can I claim without a written contract? +
Yes. The quote, emails, bank transfers and any documented agreement serve as a basis for comparison.
