Fixed quote before commencement
A standard fee schedule is not used because each case is technically different. The cost depends on complexity, number of site visits, required testing and scope of analysis. After reviewing the initial documentation, an engagement letter is issued with fixed fees in writing.
What the quote includes
Inspection of the property or infrastructure · analysis of technical documentation · drafting and formatting of the report · internal review and quality control · court ratification and cross-examination · travel throughout Spain. There are no additional costs beyond the agreed quote. Expert witness fees are tax-deductible as a necessary expense for obtaining evidence.
