The Technical Building Inspection (ITE) is a legal requirement that certifies the state of conservation of your property. When the result is negative, the city council requires the property owner to submit an action plan to correct the deficiencies within a specified period.

Our Assessment Process

1. Analysis of the Prior Report: We study the ITE or IEE report in detail to understand the critical points raised.
2. Detailed Structural Inspection: We conduct a thorough visit to the property, focusing on the affected structural elements (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, load-bearing walls).
3. Root-Cause Diagnosis: We apply our technical knowledge to determine the origin of the observed pathologies.
4. Technical Report with an Action Plan: We deliver a report that includes the diagnosis, risk level, the proposed repair or reinforcement (describing the system to be used), and an estimation of action priorities.
